    Switching computers - unable to activate

    I am switching computers and the original activation key does not work on the new machine. The new computer is Windows 8 (old one is 7). Is there an issue with the activation key already being used or is it a problem with the installation/activation on the new computer?

    Dear Daniel,

    All surveybe licence keys are single-use keys and are for a single installation onto a specific PC therefore the original licence key you have been sent will not work as it is not supposed to. I believe that our support team are facilitating your switch from one PC to another which will involve the locking of the first licence and the installation of the software onto a new PC under the provisions of your support package.
